Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today that the recent blocks of shares sold and purchased were not in any way performed by, or in conjunction with Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp or its management.
The initial sell off was the result of an investor selling a block of shares, who in their own right, decided to sell their shares. Additional selling started thereafter as existing and new buyers entered the market for CGAQ stock.
CEO Steven Swank stated, "Outside of the fact that management does not have free trading shares to sell, the market frenzy that occurred thereafter created a buying opportunity for other investors that I would have liked to participate in."
CGAQ is currently in the process of negotiating two new locations, launching their worldwide gaming and sports betting division, commencing another large local marketing campaign, preparing for its next Sosua Bay Grand Casino Fight Club Series broadcast on ESPN Deportes throughout America, hiring additional commission based sales staff and building their charity campaign. The efforts continue to instill the integrity and ability the original casino was built upon. CGAQ will be holding an investor conference on June 25, 2010.
Mr. Swank continued, "We are building a great growth company with substantial intrinsic value. We appreciate our investors and strive everyday to increase shareholder wealth. We will succeed."
